Hello,I’m writing to formally follow up on the ongoing issue with our AC system.Since the power outage last week, the thermostat has not been functioning properly. We have already had two technicians come out to address the issue, but unfortunately, the problem still has not been resolved. This has been very frustrating, especially since we just moved into the apartment and expected everything to be in working order.Following the manager's suggestion, I attempted to reboot the AC system, but that did not fix the issue either. I have also noticed that the thermostat is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, even though all other devices in the apartment are connected without any problems. This leads me to believe the issue may be with the thermostat itself or its configuration.Additionally, I’m concerned that the last technician may not have fully diagnosed or understood the problem, as the system remains nonfunctional after their visit.At this point, I would greatly appreciate a more thorough inspection and a prompt resolution. Given the circumstances, I believe it would be reasonable to have a more experienced technician take a closer look at the system as soon as possible.Please let me know the next steps and when we can expect this issue to be resolved. Thank you for addressing and attempting to resolve the maintenance issues, I truly appreciate your efforts.However, one of the refrigerator legs appears to be stripped and needs replacement. Although your maintenance staff tried to fix it, the issue still persists and the refrigerator is not properly balanced.

This will be the 3rd time I’ve had to enter a request for repair. I haven’t even been home to use the disposal. Every time I return, I immediately try it without success.

Heard neighbors complaining about a family that didn’t live at the complex in the pool

Missed placing additional rubber bumpers on doors or drawers!Still have smell in morning when I turn on water in bathroom sink !Otherwise always professional work

They fixed the air conditioning and were very polite and respectful. They arrived during the timeframe that worked for us.
