Hello,I’m writing to formally follow up on the ongoing issue with our AC system.Since the power outage last week, the thermostat has not been functioning properly. We have already had two technicians come out to address the issue, but unfortunately, the problem still has not been resolved. This has been very frustrating, especially since we just moved into the apartment and expected everything to be in working order.Following the manager's suggestion, I attempted to reboot the AC system, but that did not fix the issue either. I have also noticed that the thermostat is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, even though all other devices in the apartment are connected without any problems. This leads me to believe the issue may be with the thermostat itself or its configuration.Additionally, I’m concerned that the last technician may not have fully diagnosed or understood the problem, as the system remains nonfunctional after their visit.At this point, I would greatly appreciate a more thorough inspection and a prompt resolution. Given the circumstances, I believe it would be reasonable to have a more experienced technician take a closer look at the system as soon as possible.Please let me know the next steps and when we can expect this issue to be resolved.
