A huge shout out to Antonio!!!!! He is the best maintenance technician out of all the ones I’ve encountered while living in several Irvine Company apartments. The turnaround time was so fast- around 5 hours and he rang my doorbell. He is always respectful, handled the repair efficiently, and explained why the specific problem happens. I really appreciate the hard work he does to keep this building in top shape. It seems like he is always working but always with a smile asking how I’m doing. I appreciate him!!!

maybe educate staff on what "gaslighting" is/means and then try to avoid doing it to residents when they have requests.
