On our community FB page, renters have posted that bikes have been stolen from bike storage and I've had my bike stolen so we keep them on our balcony now. The surfery is supposed to have 2 kayaks, 2 surfboards and 2 SUPs. Since we moved in July of 24, a kayak has been missing along with a paddle for the SUP rendering it useless so we've been unable to take advantage. Although I like the idea of e-bikes, I'm afraid the same thing would happen at some point with the e-bikes. Plus the responsibility of those who work at Blu to monitor would be a burden. It would be nice if instead of adding amenities, emphasis and and attention was placed on maintaining the great ones we already have. :)

I would not want e-bikes permitted on our walkways and grounds for safety concerns.

I think the gym and clubhouse are the most used and popular amenities that Blu offers, therefore those amenities should always be prioritized. The tvs in the clubhouse have not worked in months and the water machine at the gym never works when I want to fill my water bottle. This should be a rare occurrence but it's consistent

I don’t think we need to focus on e bikes. Let’s focus on fixing all our current amenities. TVs. Water fountain in gym. Clean hot tub. Water fountain at club house. Roof deck bump. I constantly trip on it…
