E-bike amenities would be a great addition to the community.

I would recommend the use of resources being used towards improving existing amenities and not directing funds to such a specific area such as e-bikes.

Before adding e-bike chargers, please add more ev chargers on each floor. Thanks

We already have courtesy issues of tenants in the community; offering e-bikes will only enable more immature and irresponsible behavior. Please prioritize fixing the garage door/ access to the buildings and dog park, cleanliness of the amenities (pool, BBQs, mail room and trash) and cleaning up the dog poop and pee everywhere instead of offering e-bikes which is already an ongoing issue on the trails surrounding the community.

This would be awesome. But better yet, complementary e-bikes for everyone to use around the community.

We remove and charge our batteries at home, mostly because it gives us the peace of mind that the bikes are less prone to be stolen on a potential break-in, since batteries are expensive and difficult to come by, so bikes cannot be immediately sold. We were made aware of bikes that were stolen on that same storage on December last year, so anything we can do to better protect our investment makes us feel more comfortable about leaving our bikes there.

Good idea for the community! However, I think the community would rather have more EV parking spaces, and the focus should be getting those installed. It’s been something that’s been promised for too long.
