Thank you for addressing and attempting to resolve the maintenance issues, I truly appreciate your efforts.However, one of the refrigerator legs appears to be stripped and needs replacement. Although your maintenance staff tried to fix it, the issue still persists and the refrigerator is not properly balanced.

This will be the 3rd time I’ve had to enter a request for repair. I haven’t even been home to use the disposal. Every time I return, I immediately try it without success.

Heard neighbors complaining about a family that didn’t live at the complex in the pool

Missed placing additional rubber bumpers on doors or drawers!Still have smell in morning when I turn on water in bathroom sink !Otherwise always professional work

They fixed the air conditioning and were very polite and respectful. They arrived during the timeframe that worked for us.

Unfortunately the problem wasn’t solved the tub is still very slow to drain. I put for maintenance to not enter my apartment when I wasn’t home and the day that the work order was completed I wasn’t home.
