I am disgusted with the office staff. I have reported several times that the ceiling in my room is collapsing and the front doors are in bad condition. They were supposedly going to fix it on February 2, 2026, but that date has passed and no one has come. I have a 9-month-old baby who has allergies, and I need a solution as soon as possible.

When you are doing "mandatory" inspections you should schedule them to a defined window not just sometime during two full work days. It's unreasonable and just generally crappy behavior.

I didn't have a good experience. On the first day, they told me to fill out the application to secure the property, and then they informed me that the application was approved, but the house wouldn't be ready by the date I needed it. They told me to choose another house, but if I apply for a specific house, that's the one I want; I don't want the one you want me to rent.
