Overall great working relationship and experiences. However, my only complaint is that 9 times out of 10 when I call in to speak with a agent/representative the phone call is never answered by a live person but rather sent to voice mail. I cannot comprehend why there is not a dedicated person to answer calls especially from the landlord/owner of property.

Everything was done, and I'm happy with the service I've received. However, I've found sometimes it takes a while to get a reply to questions or to requests. Now that we've reached a stable spot, it's going well.

Only issue I had was upon move in A/C was not cooling and a tech had to come out!

Excellent property management-recently required a new stove for tenant and they handled it well including uploading invoice to our portal-Would highly recommend!!
