I was not satisfied with your move out inspection of the property as I found numerous spot painting that were quite evident and did not clearly match the existing wall colors. I am surprised this was found acceptable. The majority of walls were freshly painted prior to move in and that includes all of the garage walls that clearly scuffed and marred and required painting . Lastly, i was confused as to why I could not submit a receipt for labor costs covering my time to repaint but instead only for painting supplies? It is my understanding that this is legally allowed and I have always done this in the past.

My rental property was my main home since 2011. It was a bit of a dump that then. I fixed it up and it s amazing now. That being said I have a lot invested in the property both financially and emotionally. The house is my baby LOL. I trust Blue Fox properties with my baby. In particular Amanda does an amazing job. She keeps me up to date on my property and is always there to answer any questions. She usually answers my questions within minutes. I have recommended Blue Fox to multiple family and friends. So if you have a home that is near and dear to your heart and you need to rent it. I wouldn't use any other company besides Blue Fox. I highly recommend them

Constant issues with the home, I dont understand why you would rent out a home when it isnt up to standard at all. TAKES DAYS TO RESPOND TO EMAILS. Collecting rent when the furnace and water heater were not working, which is against the arizona law. Carpets are torn up from the floor, the backyard screen door is broke, the master bedroom bathroom was BROKE when the rented it out and collected rent. Terrible experience for such a lovely home.
