I am completely satisfied with the services performed by the Blueteam viz realization of rent from the tenants, getting the vacant properties rent ready and then finding good tenants and taking care of HOA violations etc.

We've used Blue Fox as our property managers for over 5 years. The tenants approved for our rental houses have been exceptional. Never had a problem with payments or repairs.

All is well when I need something they're there for us

Do not think there is enough value to me for the additional $35 per month.

I think Blue Fox is amazing! I am not a fan of Property Meld that they use for repairs however! My property I’m renting is perfect and they come each year to make sure it is properly maintained by me the renter! The neighborhood is a perfect fit and I would highly recommend Blue Fox properties!
