Blue Fox has been very reliable. They got tenants within a couple months for our first time. When the 1 year lease ended, they found a new tenant within 1.5 months, which I thought was quite good. Amanda has been responsive, efficient, and available. Their commission is also quite reasonable. I would recommend them to manage your property.

Blah When the automatic payment portal was changed in september i was late paying rent cause i didnt see the email informing me of this change. and that blue fox needed me to log in and update my bank account info. In turn I was charged late fees of which less then half was reimbursed per blue foxes policy. This is BS. You had my bank information, why didnt you use the existing bank account to debit my rent? Im curious how much blue fox earned in Late fees because you changed the payment portal? It feels like a quick way for blue fox to make extra money. Thanks for penalizing me for your portal change. The following month, I checked my auto magic pay, now my rent was $1800????? Fortunately you had a educated young man at the office that fixed this for me....he made you all look good...you all need to thank him!! Lastly, now you emailing me asking how my experience was? Seriously?? Do you all Not keep track of your tennents communications? This is a great example of shoty customer service. Thereabouts i know that is ive been in customer service for years, if I treated my clients like this I'd be fired on the spot One good thing, I received 5 movie tickets from blue fox. I do appreciate it but, I don't need tickets, I need all the late fee money you have taken. Which is against your policy from What I understand. Hope you take this information and use it to make your system better.

I have had a great experience with Megan, but Jaime has been very unresponsive. I started my lease 1 month ago and noticed I was missing keys to the pool and the fitness center. Bluefox agreed that this was a mistake and would be remedied. Jaime has gone weeks without resolving the issue due to delays from Team 4, and doesn't respond on the agreed timeframes. I have followed up at least 4 times for updates and every time am told that Jaime will check with Team 4 but it doesn't seem to be getting closer to resolution. Jaime hasn't explained if there is any problem here, so I don't know what the hold up is. The communication has been very poor in comparison to communication with Megan. Aside from this, I have enjoyed my experience with Bluefox but I hope that communication to resolve issues can improve.

Previous box Communication was all over the place, No timely response and no in person hospitality of business. The house was dirty and not 100% ready for move in. Almost 12 hours late on giving access after signing lease. Excuses were made and accepting responsibility.
