Blue Fox took over from previous rental management and within two months have addressed problems ignored for previous year

We have had a great experience working with Blue Fox Property Management. Form the initial interaction, to the showing and rental, and now the management of the rented property, it has been easy. They are quick to respond to the renters and facilitate the needed maintenance. As landlords who are not local we have appreciated their professionalism and reliability.

I have been pleasantly surprised at how well and promptly the Blue Fox folks have taken care of our every need while acclimating to our new house rental. Staff is awesome to work with and always very responsive

Overall, I have been impressed with the service. One opportunity for improvement would be for a single point of contact during the lease signing period. I had some issues being able to contact employees in a timely manner. While emails were okay, it sometimes took a day to get back to me when I needed to know asap.

Thank you for assigning Courtney to my mom's account. I appreciate that she returns my emails and issues so very promptly.

The property meld program makes it easy to track when repairs are scheduled and completed. The walk through reports are very useful too.

I love the online transactions.
