9 out of 10 things have gone right with Blue Fox, minor hiccups occasionally, but they were resolved and I hear that is just the standard everywhere because people cannot find the staffing to fulfill request.

You did a fantastic job finding an excellent renter. He is staying another year and your company went along with my decision not raising the rent. The economy is stressful enough without raising costs for renters.
