experience was fine. just prefer being able to call and speak to people. also the 30 dollar monthly fee seems unnecessary and should be optional the 30 dollar monthly fee should be optional

As a remote homeowner, do not have to worry about our home. Things are well taken care of.

You should pick up the phone and call more often when there are things to be dealt with.

Generally responsive to my needs as a tenant.

Easy to work with. Fair fees. Definitely take time to make decisions in the best interest of the owner.

The only negative so far is the lack of face to face contact.

Attentive to any needs with good communication. Both of those are hard to find anymore from any company much less a property rental business.

The team at Blue Fox is excellent and communication is great. I did find the application process cumbersome and somewhat daunting at times. There was also quite a bit of confusion around getting a community pool key to me. However, over all, I've found the experience much better than most. Thank you!
