We have had a great experience working with Blue Fox Property Management. Form the initial interaction, to the showing and rental, and now the management of the rented property, it has been easy. They are quick to respond to the renters and facilitate the needed maintenance. As landlords who are not local we have appreciated their professionalism and reliability.

I have been pleasantly surprised at how well and promptly the Blue Fox folks have taken care of our every need while acclimating to our new house rental. There have been many questions and work requests that we have made and all of them have been addressed and completed in a very timely manner. We can sleep well knowing that if there is practically any problems that might arise that they will be taken care of within days. I am so impressed and thankful that the the Blue Fox team "has our backs"! Special thanks to Megan, Amanda , Natalia and Andraya!

Overall, I have been impressed with the service. One opportunity for improvement would be for a single point of contact during the lease signing period. I had some issues being able to contact employees in a timely manner. While emails were okay, it sometimes took a day to get back to me when I needed to know asap.

The property meld program makes it easy to track when repairs are scheduled and completed. The walk through reports are very useful too.

This is my first time ever renting a place and doing it remotely, with apps and email. I thought the whole experience went quite well. The folks at Blue Fox were great and they responded to my questions promptly. All and all, real easy to deal with....
