I think this is a good company to help mitigate some risks of being a rental owner. They are good t finding tenants and switching to the next tenant.

It has been hard to contact with anyone at BlueFox when we have an issue with the house. We did not receive any mails or calls from the new property manager when our old property manager left the company. The monthly reports are hard to read and understand.
