Morgan, Red Team is excellent. Keeps me informed (actually calls and talks !!!). Gets things squared away promptly . Electronic communication is fine but actually dealing " live" is still often the most efficient way to deal with property management issues.

Recently have worked with Brie who does very well at communicating and responding quickly to phone calls or emails.

I've appreciated that Blue Fox is responsive to property concerns when I had questions, for the most part has responded and helped. I appreciate that they send filters to your home, so that's one less headache and has sent a gift certificate at my lease anniversary, among other things, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, I'm prety happy with them!!

I have no complaints. This team reacts in a timely manner. I wish it were possible to get to know them face to face, but I understand the reasoning. The fact that the results are consistently excellent, makes up for the face to face communication. I am happy to be partnering with Blue Fox.
