Blue Fox (Sylvia) was very quick at getting our property listed and on the market and was successful in finding a tenant at a good rental rate. I found some of the initial administration follow-up to be a bit slow in terms of answering our questions about account info and getting rental money, etc., but this seems to now be resolved and the systems seem to be working well.

As a tenant, I always appreciated how Heidi followed up with repair work and did her best to make sure the job was done correctly. Good company to rent from.

Blue Fox has been great! They work with you in marketing and property repair/replacement/ and upgrades. They do well in checking backgrounds of tenants. I think you'll be happy doing business with them!

Up until my tenant move out in 07/2021 things were great. Not sure what happened this time. Usually, there is a tenant waiting to move in, this time I waited 6 weeks before the new tenant moved in. I would not base my entire rating on this one instance, all previous move-outs have gone smooth.
