Using Blue Fox Properties is almost a “set it and forget It” experience...I am very pleased with the service the staff provides.

I never give five starts because I believe there is always room for improvement. We’ve only been in our home for a few months, but from the first contact with Blue Fox up until today, the experience has been positive and expectations met or exceeded.

Once getting over the sticker shock of how much it would be to move into a property (a little more than full month's rent for security deposit, other fees for application, pet deposit, and first month's rent due at signing, regardless of move in), the process was very smooth and well-done. The team in the office is quite helpful and the odds and ends for maintenance we've requested are handled quickly. We will definitely use them again if we need to!

I love living here. It's totally my dream house. I moved here from SC and living in a big city was different and loud. Living here is quiet and well groomed neighborhood.

Since I only really deal with the Management company when there is a problem, that is the only issue that I can comment on and every time I have a problem you are helpful, courteous and efficient in getting the problem solved in a timely manner.
