My one concern with my experience with blue fox property. Lack of follow through. Before we were able to renew our lease, an house inspection was require. During that time we asked several questions to be related to the owener. Never receive any reply to our inquiries. Lack of follow through with tenants is the reason forcthis rating

We greatly appreciate the service and communication you provide between our tenants and us. There were many "punch" items that were needing to be fixed and Blue Fox helped by keeping us in the loop with the first tenants in the home. We are confident when we do move into the house that it will have been well taken care of. Our once caveat is wanting to have the the "guaranteed" tenants restated. With the current market for homes, it would seem that in the event our tenants do depart, finding another should be possible with little difficulty.

Great to work with, the portal managment software is a little clunky but the team was very responsive and placed a tenant very quickly in our home. Great experience so far!

I never give five starts because I believe there is always room for improvement. We’ve only been in our home for a few months, but from the first contact with Blue Fox up until today, the experience has been positive and expectations met or exceeded.
