Blue Fox vs. Arizona First 1) Tenant damage, plugged toilets, grease in sink, vacancy damage, higher wear & tear, etc. BF does MUCH better, passing on Tenant damage to tenant. 2) BF brings on New tenants faster. 3) BF proves, Owner spends less R&M between tenant move out and new lease move in. 4) BF knowledge of current lease market, is superior 5) I have experienced far less problems with BF 6) BF screens tenants superior

The app changes could be more user friendly. I still find it ridiculous for a fee to be added for an HOA letter received and email confirmations from payments could have more info in them...like what account was used.

We have a rental property managed by Blue Fox LLC. We are very satisfied with their work. They are able to find tenants quickly between contracts. Alicia Silvers is our excellent manager. We appreciate her work.

There was a debacle with the key lock box batteries being dead, malfunctioning water heater and some plumbing issues within the 1st couple weeks. The Blue Fox team handled all these issues with promptness and professionalism. An improvement area would be to give Blue Fox team members company cell phones. Sometimes it's easier to call/text rather than email.
