I've been with them for 7 years. Anytime I need help with a problem as far as maintenance goes, they are there in a timely manner and take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Communication is the most important thing, want to hear in advance of any issues coming up with a phone call, and you can always send an email, but don't rely on that as I have other things to do other than sit around and look at personal emails all day and sometimes don't check it for a day or two. So anything urgent that comes up like repair requests should be pre-empted with a call. For the most part you have done pretty good with that lately.

The entire process went exactly as presented. The people assigned to help us were excellent. Sarah even performed some "extras" for us as we were moving to Russia the same day the pictures were taken for the profile. She was very professional yet friendly and helpful. I really like the portal as it keeps me from having to save and track information/documents in a separate location. Of course, with everything being automated, it saves us time and hassle. So far, our experience has been really good and I would highly recommend Blue Fox to anyone looking for a property management company.
