Dealing with any Property Management company can be tricky as demand can be high for the right rental. Blue Fox Properties has been very easy to work with and they have responded to all my questions and concerns. I found their website to be informational and easy to navigate, compared to other companies. This was huge when looking for rentals online.

The staff is helpful in responding to the owners. Once in a while questions may arise on the owner statements, or a maintenance/repair issue may need to be discussed. With regard to this latter, it would be helpful if a photo/photos can be attached to the communication especially if it is more than a minor repair. Consider that owners are not able to travel during the covid period. But all that you do is much appreciated.

FROM THE DAY MY WIFE STEPPED INSIDE AND SAW THIS HOME SHE BECAME QUITE "SET" TO DO WHATEVER IT TOOK TO SECURE THIS RENTAL. SINCE MOVING IN, MY WIFE HAS LOOKED FORWARD TO COMING HOME. EVENTHOUGH WE ARE RENTING, SHE IS ALWAYS ENJOYS COMING HOME. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I ALSO ENJOY THE QUIET AND NOT HAVING TO LISTEN TO MY NEIGHBORS THROUGH THIN WALLS.

I’m a first time “landlord” and Blue Fox made it extremely easy to work with. I reached out to a competitor that is literally down the street from them and they continually dropped the ball. I got frustrated and did a little more research before picking my next property management company. After reading a ton of rave reviews on Google, I reached out and spoke to Sylvia White. She made the process extremely easy and she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. After our initial call, we got things started and she then passed along my file to Mary Ann, who continued to be helpful. Even when Mary Ann isn’t available, Sylvia is still more than happy to field my calls. After about week or so of having the house listed, they found a tenant. I can say they definitely marketed my property very well and attribute this and their professionalism to getting it leased out as fast as they did. Words alone cannot express how happy I am and how easy they’ve made it on me as a first time landlord. If you’re a first timer or a seasoned veteran landlord, I would highly recommend Blue Fox.

A couple of weeks ago a gentleman came to measure the blinds for the patio doors. He said he would get back with me. Haven’t heard anything back. I assume the landlord doesn’t want to do anything about the blinds at this time.

It's clear you keep the best interests of the tenant and the landlord as your centerpieces. On many occasions, this is quite a balancing act. You do it superbly. Keep up the good work!!!

$195 for a license renewal fee? Lease was just extended with no increase in rent.
