All aspects of my experience using blue fox as a property manager has been as i hoped it to be. Its a relief to not have to worry about my rental property.

Move-in was smooth with no problems. A couple of maintenance issues that have popped up since then have been dealt with quickly.

Every employee my fiancé and I have worked with have been very helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve received great customer service via email and telephone.

Blue Fox was very easy to work with to rent a very nice property. Debbie was always very professional and responded in a timely manner to any questions that I had. Their on-line lease signing app made it very easy to review, modify and eventually sign my lease. Their automated rent payment system works well with my checking account. Debbie's assistant, Vanessa was exceptionally responsive and coordinated many of the renting tasks with Blue Fox, contractors, and the property HOA, always in a pleasant, professional manner.

I am very satisfied with the experience I have had with Bluefox. Everyone I have worked with have always been very helpful especially when it comes to work orders being completed.

Blue Fox has been amazing. There are just a few issues that I have no idea what the timeline will be.
