I feel that your market rent is excellent for owners, as higher prices bring better paying tenants, better Credit collateral, and better treatment of owner properties. You have improved in the decision of Tenant claims responsibility vs. owner damages responsibility both in deposits on tenant vacancy and monthly expense from claims. You are more fair to owners than your past and the past Arizona First managers. Thank you Gary

Overall, Bluefox is a good rental agency. They have addressed all of our maintenance and other concerns timely and satisfactorily. Staff is always friendly via email and telephone, and we are very pleased with the condition of our rental. We are hoping to continue to rent with them for at least one more year, if all works out towards the end of our current lease.

I was looking to move out and found a great condo through Blue Fox within a week of searching. Everyone working at Blue Fox I've met are all very kind and helpful. Maintenance requests have happened promptly thus far. The place was painted a pretty blue color on the inside, and I particularly like it! Overall, I've been really happy with my experience with Blue Fox!

So far I've had a very positive experience with Blue Fox. They have been very responsive and professional. Dealing with them has been hassle-free and the fees are very reasonable. They're model is that they don't make money unless I do, so they're not sticking you with additional fees like some of the other property management companies.
