All the people that I have spoken with have been very helpful no matter what I am concerned about. I live in California so it is much too far for me to run over there whenever I have a question. The replies have been prompt and courteous.

Overall great job. It isn’t easy to balance tenants needs/wants with owners. As a rental property owner I can share I feel like the scale is tipped towards your owners. For instance, I emailed about a dog charge beginning of this year and never got credit (one of my dogs died and I continued to get billed). More recently I sent a request about the fact that the power box to this property needs to be looked at. Breakers trip quite a bit. It is the original setup from 1991 and there are wires rigged all over inside. Indeed, it looks like something from a movie. Regardless it’s been over a week for that and I haven’t heard a peep.

Blue Fox was very easy to work with to rent a very nice property. Debbie was always very professional and responded in a timely manner to any questions that I had. Their on-line lease signing app made it very easy to review, modify and eventually sign my lease. Their automated rent payment system works well with my checking account. Debbie's assistant, Vanessa was exceptionally responsive and coordinated many of the renting tasks with Blue Fox, contractors, and the property HOA, always in a pleasant, professional manner.
