I have been renting through Blue Fox Properties for over a year and I can say that when you have a problem they are right there. Any request for maintenance has been referred to a contractor immediately and all the companies referred have been reliable and done a good job. When I need to do something in the house that is my responsibility, I email them for a referral because I know that their referrals will do a good job. I am an ex-realtor so I have dealt with plenty of non-cooperative property managers .... and Blue Fox is not one of them.

Blue Fox has done a terrific job managing my rental home. They are very responsive to my tenant and myself. Everything runs smooth and easy. They have helped me identify great companies for major maintenance projects that did good work and provided great value. I'm very pleased with Blue Fox.

They matenance person was great .it just took a long time to have him come back to do the job

I’ve had quite a few things that have needed repair since moving in. I’m trying to get the Major this addressed first but there are a lot of minor things too.
