The Blue Fox Properties team has always been kind, responsive and helpful. They have made it really easy to facilitate repairs, pay rent, communicate and even renew our lease through their web portal. Thank you for all that you do!

I have only had minor bumps with blue fox. They are mainly due to lack of communication. When we first started renting our move in date was messed up not by our fault and we had to wait a little longer. The second issue is I recently sent an email requesting a copy of our lease and the person I sent it to just sent me the email to ask us to review blue fox.

Blue Fox Properties has been able to find good renters, in a very short period of time. Only complaint is that our representative keeps changing. We've been happy with each person, but never know who we'll be dealing with the next time we need to contact them.

Blue Fox has been very responsive to my concerns as a landlord and very helpful in dealing with difficult tenant situations.
