Easiest method of communication is by email. Otherwise by phone is difficult. Always prompt responses by email though. The web site portal is easy to use and we like having the auto payment online option.

I found the front desk to always be pleasant and helpful and provide me the answers I needed. The whole process when thru without any difficulty or confusion. My property manager has been pleasant and answers my emails in a timely manner. I am impressed!! Thank you for making this move so much easier.

The guy that cam to replace the sink was nice and did a fast job. It did look like he was putting in a cheap sink disguised in an expensive box. It definitely wasn’t the one pictured on the box. I know because he asked me to throw it away.

When I returned from the Navy in 1971 and started my adult life, I rented housing for several years before owning homes the rest of my life. I would see a promising ad, go meet the owner, pay only the first months rent and move in. Simple. I would contact each utility and have them start my account for the service. No questions asked. If you had the money, they sold you the service just like anything else you might buy. No fee for this, fee for that; no trouble getting what you wanted to buy and no signing page after page after searching high and low to find all the info they thought they might someday need on these forms. Since those days lawyers have come to dictate the process of renting a home ( look at the checkbox below for proof of this). It almost seems that a person is expected to defend themselves and their good name to move to a new place. That's the feeling you get. ... that they're trying to find some little thing that you're guilty of somewhere in the life history you have provided. I was not expecting the 2 week long inquisition just to get a place to live. I liked the old way better. This is not any one person's fault and it evolved over the years. I don't expect it to ever change but I think it really would be easier to buy than to rent. I might mention that the person that's the face of your operation at the front reception desk gave me the impression that she just didn't want to bother with my concerns on the three occasions I was there to work my way through this cumbersome process. - So, you asked "What do I think" ---well, that's what comes to mind. Other than that ----- 4 Stars, good job.
