We recently moved over to the Blue Fox team the property management of all of our rental properties and could not be more pleased. The team excels in communication and professionalism. I really like how if a problem arises they take care of it quickly and efficiently- for both our tenants and for us. I wish we had moved over to Blue Fox much sooner than we did!

We have had Blue Fox as our property management since May 2021. They are excellent! They take care of our home and our tenants very well. They are prompt in responding to our inquiries, they reach out to the any companies they contract with to service the home if we need additional information. They are great at constant communication and you can tell they really care about their clients.

The response time is great, the portals (rent and repairs) are easier to use. I wish they were in the same place but I understand why they are not. Two totally different platforms... Much more professional than the previous management company. I do wish Blue Fox would provide more advocacy concerning the larger property and the HOA. While the unit I rent is nice enough, Ironwood Townhomes is a poorly managed property and the quality of living has degraded significantly in the past 5 years I've been living here. I pay HOA fees in my rent and I am really displeased living here. It is one of the reasons I am not renewing my lease for another year. I REALLy appreciate the gift of movie tickets to Loft Theater. LOVE supporting local businesses.

Overall it was good. Couple of things I had asked for/about were not completed/done. Washer and dryer moved to garage and remote for garage in a drawer. My movers had to move the washer/dryer and I had to come pick up the remote at your office.
