The transition has been great and having the online tools to get to you is even better. I did place a work order and it was promptly addressed which was fantastic. Previously it took ages to get anyone out here. I am am greatly satisfied with everyone we have met and talked to and you guys seem to be such great people that we are loving it!!!! I have spread the word with a few of the neighbors and have shared my wonderful experience.

Very pleased overall. Would have rated the experience a 5, but because it was after hours (Fri evening), we had to contact a locksmith ourselves and pay for the services. We were reimbursed promptly so it wasn’t a problem - just an inconvenience.

The staff I worked with was awesome! Very helpful and friendly!

The only thing they could do differently is provide a call before they come out and leave a message if no answer to the call. In my case I was prepared by leaving the backyard gate open for them but a call would help in case I would've needed to leave.

Blue Fox was very helpful in an early move in. Everyone in the LaCholla office was extremely nice and helpful

The application process for the home as well as my pet was a lot to deal with and very stressful. The house was clean and the staff helped answer all my questions in a timely manner.

They were very helpful and took a lot of the stress away. I moved to Tucson from out of state and I had to get a place set up before I arrived. They helped me with everything, so that when I got to Tucson all I had to do was pick up my keys.

No major complaints so far.
