The online payment transition was a breeze for me however a few other tenants had issues - we are all hoping that Blue Fox Properties will treat us better than the former owners who never repaired or fixed anything!

We moved here one year ago and we love it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe If a problem occurs, Blue Fox responds immediately My only concern is with HOA. They charged 25$ for 6 weeds in my yard. I wish the HOA guidelines were more specific so these things don't happen. They should include what time and date will they come inspect the yards. And when we got fined, they had no evidence (photographs) to prove it. Take pictures of the problem. Send it to me. Let me change it before the fine.

Vanessa is wonderful!! She is always quick to respond to my emails and contacts me when there are things I need to know regarding our rental. I can't say enough great things about her. I have used another property management company in Tucson when we first moved here and they were terrible. Blue Fox is a top notch organization!!

Blue Fox has been great. The only way they could improve is by increasing communication to owner when tenants leave and when new ones are found.

I wanted someone who would handle all the day in/out issues and BF does this and then some. I never have to worry about homeowner's needs being addressed which is apparent by a tenant renewing for the 3rd year.
