I have lived at a Blue Fox Properties rental home for nearly 5 years and my experience has been wonderful throughout. In the past 4-6 months, I have seen significant improvement in service request response time. It’s hard to get a live person on the phone most of the time. I also see a miscommunication between Bluefox and the maintenance company.

Blue fox has been very prompt in fixing any issues we have with our property. I look forward to renting another year from you.

Your repair services have been great. We had a problem with the A/C and the clothes dryer vent - both were fixed quickly and competently.

The date we were supposed to move in was a Friday but they messed up the date and made it Monday so we have to cancel our stuff being at the house on Friday since we weren’t able to change it even though it wasn’t our mistake
