Vanessa is wonderful!! She is always quick to respond to my emails and contacts me when there are things I need to know regarding our rental. I can't say enough great things about her. I have used another property management company in Tucson when we first moved here and they were terrible. Blue Fox is a top notch organization!!

Blue Fox has been great. The only way they could improve is by increasing communication to owner when tenants leave and when new ones are found.

I wanted someone who would handle all the day in/out issues and BF does this and then some. I never have to worry about homeowner's needs being addressed which is apparent by a tenant renewing for the 3rd year.

You are providing an excellent service to your customer, BUT one thing I can't understand is your MONTHLY Statement, why is it so complicate to read and understand ?? Have it anyway you want for you office, but for simple for little people like me, just show date, DEC 1st to Dec 31 Rent collected $........, fee for Blue Fox........., Expenses if Any ........, to OWNER $.....what you pay.That is all I need to know, your dozen and dozen of equations does not means NOTHING to Me, Please re thing your Monthly Statement to you Customer

We really like the house we are renting, and the Blue Fox Properties website makes it easy to pay the rent on it. It is also a means to getting any maintenance issues resolved.

Everything was relatively smooth. Our move to this rental home was 1500 miles, so the staff at bluefox was very helpful in getting the property ready so we could move in on the day we arrived in Tucson. My only concern is that we have not gotten any feedback regarding our move-in inspection, in which a few items need attention, minor fixes to things, like screens, outlets, & a couple cosmetic things, I'm not sure if we need to put in an actual.work order or if the inspection report served as such. So overall its been a good experience, & the remaining fixes are minor. Also they were very quick to check our fridge, and made sure it was functioning properly.
