Your repair services have been great. We had a problem with the A/C and the clothes dryer vent - both were fixed quickly and competently.

The date we were supposed to move in was a Friday but they messed up the date and made it Monday so we have to cancel our stuff being at the house on Friday since we weren’t able to change it even though it wasn’t our mistake

Staff is very professional. Never too busy to talk to you or honor your requests. Company has a great online renter portal where you can communicate with management, review documents relative to your rental (i.e., CC&Rs) and request maintenance services. Automatic rental payment from a bank account can be arranged on the portal. They just try to make everything easy and very clear for the renter. We are well taken care of !

Our contact Gina is great. She’s always reachable and returns our emails promptly. Our problem was with her assistants who never gave her our messages.

Blue Fox has been the best management company I’ve dealt with in Tucson. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance problem, Blue Fox sends a professional out within 24hours, and a couple times within a couple of hours.
