Very fast response to my request for issue with house. All staff that I have spoken to over the phone are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We have been pleased. Townhouse was not cleaned when we moved in, but Blue Fox remedied the situation to our satisfaction. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly. All staff that we have spoken with has been very kind, professional and willing to assist. I have no complaints!

Called for maintenance to replace some weather stripping which was done fine. My only issue after was that there is a lot of light that comes through from outside which makes me wonder if the door is properly weather stripped.

Quick response by email which is great due to my schedule, phone is not always an option.
