The front desk support when we called was always supportive and upbeat. Whenever we were told we would receive a phone call or update, we always did! We moved in from out of state and so it put a little bit of extra pressure on our family but Blue Fox was great at easing our stress and keeping in contact with us throughout the whole process. Thank you

The only thing I can think of is that some times it takes a few days some times several days for our property manager to email me back when emails are sent to her. But we love her how hard she works regardless.

We have had no issues with Blue Fox Properties. I like the way we can pay our rent online. Our home was supposed to have the locks changed shortly after we moved in. We put a request in on the website, and were contacted soon after by a locksmith.
