I've appreciated that Blue Fox is responsive to property concerns when I had questions, for the most part has responded and helped. I appreciate that they send filters to your home, so that's one less headache and has sent a gift certificate at my lease anniversary, among other things, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, I'm prety happy with them!!

I have no complaints. This team reacts in a timely manner. I wish it were possible to get to know them face to face, but I understand the reasoning. The fact that the results are consistently excellent, makes up for the face to face communication. I am happy to be partnering with Blue Fox.

Made the application and move in process extremely easy.

Small challenge with receiving keys but once that occurred everything was good. I do want to say that in the future I hope the company's policy will extend the (3) day time frame for completing the move in form to (7) days. Moving out of one place, moving into another place & working full time does not give one enough time to walk around and review.
