Small challenge with receiving keys but once that occurred everything was good. I do want to say that in the future I hope the company's policy will extend the (3) day time frame for completing the move in form to (7) days. Moving out of one place, moving into another place & working full time does not give one enough time to walk around and review.

They are prompt in responding to our inquiries, they reach out to the any companies they contract with to service the home if we need additional information. They are great at constant communication and you can tell they really care about their clients.
