The team at Blue Fox are great to work with. By that I mean that most times I don't even know I have a rental property! They take of it all, asking clear questions when needed. Highly recommended!

The gentleman that worked for garage company was very nice - he did a good job of replacing broken hinge/oiled down necessary parts, and told me that this oiling and checking needed to be done on a yearly basis - that had it not been for this garage door not opening, I would not have known. Thank you Also for Blue Fox Properties promptness in connecting me with the garage company.
