The process seemed smooth although we never really learned much about the tenant and in fact do not even know their names. Mary Ann seemed to do a satisfactory to good job in dealing with contractors and keeping us apprised of progress. Wish we had been given more info on the apparent need to replace our microwave/oven combo.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. I think they only took about 5 minutes to complete all tasks.

Termite inspector came out, saw the tunnels, and is putting together a proposal. Appreciate the quick response.
