Carson's Power Vac came to clean out the dryer vent. All went well, they said it had much build up of lint and had probably never been cleaned. The straightened out the vent pipe and added a clamp.

It took ablout a week to get an answer from the owner about some questions, and when I asked why the rent went up $50 I didnt get an answer. Other than that I was contacted with 3 month remaining on my lease hiving plenty of time for things to happen and not be rushed, everything went smooth and was easy to do.
