So far no serious problems. Asked a few questions I was told "I'll get back to you" and never got a response. Didn't communicate a time for a vendor to come do work on the property. Easy to pay online.

I have been renting from Blue Fox Properties for close to 3 years now and don't really have any complaints. It would be nice to have landscaping help and maybe some upgrades, i.e. new exterior paint, covered parking, etc., but besides that I have loved where I live. There has been one incident of crime since I have lived there, where someone tried to break in. I reported it to my property manager and the police, and nothing was done. But really there was nothing really that could have been done. It's just the part of town I live in. Any other time I have communicated through email about rent issues, or service requests have been taken care of easily.

I had two different vendors on two different issues and I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

We have been very pleased by the service we have received from our property manager and all of the service agents they have sent to our house. Response has always been very prompt, technicians have been on time and courteous. The problem has always been corrected.
