Recently my AC stopped working and that was on a Sunday I left a email you guys responded very quickly in contacting me my AC was fixed the next morning at 6:30 thank you for your prompt and quick service

My experience with BF has been positive in all aspects. However, and possibly due to a slow market, my most recent vacancy took an exceptionally long period of time to fill. And for the second time, when it was filled, I wasn't notified, indicating that there may be a small break in that chain of communication. Beyond that small gripe, my property manager, Sylvia White, works hard, is quick to respond to my concerns, and has been a wonderful representative for Blue Fox thus far. This feedback is not a complaint, rather, it is meant to serve as a fair assessment and constructive criticism. Thank you.
