Overall, my experience was excellent. If repairs or replacements were needed, they were done in a prompt manner. My only memorable glitch concerned getting the water turned on. It's too complicated to describe here, but it ended up costing me a bit over $20. I could relay it to someone in person. Sylvia White was very professional.

I like living in the duplex, it is close to work and shopping, and maintenance request are done timely. The kitchen and bath cabinets could be upgrade they are coming apart and water has damaged them. I wish the occupants of the other three units would keep the yards and driveways clean of trash and dog doo.
