Small challenge with receiving keys but once that occurred everything was good. I do want to say that in the future I hope the company's policy will extend the (3) day time frame for completing the move in form to (7) days. Moving out of one place, moving into another place & working full time does not give one enough time to walk around and review.

We just completed our first year with Blue Fox managing our home as a long-term rental. We've been pleased with their processes and knowing that they are 'on the ground' to take care of our and our tenants property needs in a timely manner. Thank you to the entire Blue Fox team for making our first rental experience a positive one.
I love not worrying about our property and that Blue Fox takes care of everything and keeps us informed if their is a problem. We have used Blue Fox for about a year and so are very happy with them and their team.

We recently moved over to the Blue Fox team the property management of all of our rental properties and could not be more pleased. The team excels in communication and professionalism. I really like how if a problem arises they take care of it quickly and efficiently- for both our tenants and for us. I wish we had moved over to Blue Fox much sooner than we did!

Quality of service is excellent but getting an agent for a non emergency problem can take hours or even until the next day. Way too long
