It would be nice to actually speak to a person and have interaction with the person during the process doing the whole email back and forth is good for some things but there was points where I felt like I wanted to talk to someone.

experience was fine. just prefer being able to call and speak to people. also the 30 dollar monthly fee seems unnecessary and should be optional the 30 dollar monthly fee should be optional
