This is ongoing from prior to moving in. Unfortunately communication is lacking, which makes a lot of things very difficult. I rented from a private landlord who chose to start with Bluefrog and the only good thing so far has been the maintenance guy. Hopefully things will get better, but for now it's frustrating and stressful. I had previously been upset by some issues, but they worked very hard to rectify the issues. The fact that they listen to their renters needs and concerns is heartening. Fast with their maintenance requests. Great company.

One it’s been one of my greatest experiences of them all . They return your phone calls and make sure they meet your needs . I love Renting from Blue frog plus they have properties that is affordable to meet your preferences. Thanks blue frog for giving me a second chance.

Nobody has reached out to get your lockbox back and I would like my security deposit for that credited back to my account please
