Overall experience has been good, there were a few early on messages that I never heard back on but was able to resolve issue on my own. There were no manuals left for us on how to operate appliances, once again we have figured out on our own but would have been nice to have. Have not needed to utilize maintenance staff yet but on one clarification phone call I got immediate response which was great. Tenant portal has been very user friendly.

I called the emergency maintenance like a few weeks ago at night and the representative dispatcher was very short and rude, she seemed like she didn't care to hear what I had to say and resolve my concern in my home. The other maintenance technician who took my call was very considerate, understanding and very helpful to resolve my problem

Me and my wife’s move in went smoothly and the neighbors were nice
