We moved in a few weeks ago and so far it is perfect for us. We needed a few minor maintenance work when we first moved in but the staff was on that quickly, which was nice. We love the place, other residents in the building are friendly.

I love the resident portal. I'm really excited to be with a company that is progressive technologically. I love being able to pay online. The Property Meld app is nice too. My move-in experience did not go as smoothly as I'd hoped. As move-in approached I was anxious to find out how I was getting the keys to move in and kept calling and emailing, but did not get any response. I finally called and picked a different number, and talked with a lady in maintenance who was able to get me the information that I'd be getting an email the day of. Well, it sure would have been nice to know well in advance that I couldn't get in until 3:00. Perhaps I missed it in an earlier communication, but it was so hard to find someone to talk to. Additionally, There was nearly a foot of snow in the driveway, so I asked if it would be cleared ahead of time. They indicated that the property owner said they would do it. Well, they didn't. Fortunately I came early in anticipation knowing you can't always count on other people and get it cleared enough to get the moving truck in. I was not happy. I was also told that the garage and basement would be cleaned further. There is a lot of cobwebs and filth in the basement ceiling, garage ceiling, and garage walls and floor. I wanted this cleaned before move-in, so I wouldn't get all that ceiling stuff all over my belongings. I was willing to do it myself if I had to, but there was the issue with no-one getting back to me about when I could get in to clean. I'd say, in general you guys could do a better job following up with your tenant's phone calls and property melds. I receive information from the maintenance guy while he's here, but he is only guessing as to whether the owner will approve the bigger issues like the garage door and the windows. No-one officially followed-up to tell me the owner's position on my requests.
