I havnt moved in quite a long time so i was very nervous. But they were quick to help and answer any questions! It was lovely! Everyone was nice! My last property management took a long time and were not so friendly/helpful. So thank you!

There were things I thought would have been fixed prior to us moving in. After our move in I had complained of a natural gas smell and maintenance said he could not smell it, turns out it was a leak from the water heater the whole time. I was fighting headaches from it as well. Which is scary that things could have been much worse. After the carbon monoxide detector went off is when I called wps and found out was it was. We then went 4 days without hot water. Question, will we receive credit on April’s rent for that inconvenience? We had to go elsewhere for showers.

I love the way Blue Frog does business I made a call about my heat and they sent someone within 35 minutes and the lady I spoke with was amazing she made me feel like I was family and she was very kind when we hung up I had a big smile on my face and I said I love Blue frog they will always be number one in my heart so thanks again blue frog for all your help and hard work.

The gentleman who came to fix my issues was polite, respectful and very professional. He let me know what kind of work he had to do/could do and if he had to come back he would let me know. He addressed every thing I had asked about, down to the smallest detail. I am floored with appreciation for his work, and for the BFPM employing him.
