I recently relocated to Green Bay from Chicago and trying to find an apartment remotely from Chicago proved frustrating for weeks. Other property management would not return phone calls or emails. Blue Frog has been a good experience so far. A huge improvement from my experience with property management in Chicago for sure. The only thing that frustrated me at first was the fact everything was done online and no phone numbers were ever exchanged until well into the application process. They did however answer emails quickly and efficiently. This made the questions I had harder to communicate but ithe end it worked in my favor. Management was been incredibly helpful in person after visiting Green Bay to tour the apartment in person and then applying, however. After moving in I'm really impressed so far with how the building is taken care of and the friendliness here. I hope I continue to feel this at home here.

O love it here except for when u contact meld sometimes they respond other times they don't I'm still waiting on some issues and some issues on my move in check list some can be dangerous but I'm very happy here
