I only was renting a storage unit. There's not much to review. Compared to the storage unit I found with someone else, yours was not big enough, but also the only size offered at that location. It actually was costing me too much and the bigger one I found has a security fence and gate, bigger, and not much more in cost.

When we first moved in, there was SO much wrong with the house: house was infested with bugs because of a huge gap in the door, that wasn’t even fixed. The garage door broke first time we pressed the button to open it. You could just press enter on the garage code, security issues for sure. Huge water leak. I guess for what we pay a month we would of expected it to be in better condition when we moved in.

My whole experience so far from first contacting you and then getting things moved in has been wonderful and super easy. Thank you!

Just signed up with Blue Frog after I did an informal interview with renters of properties we were considering buying. All the tenants had good things to say about Blue Frog, so decided to give them a try. So far, so good. We signed up about a month ago with three vacancies we inherited from new purchases. They did a fine job and go them all rented within about 2 weeks. No effort on our part. Also, they give great advice for upgrading and helped us move our upgrading projects along without losing our vision. I recommend them to any investor that does not like the idea of property management.

Extremely clean places and fast response times when things need to be fixed. So glad to have found this company to work with.
