Very nice and well maintained property. Courteous staff. Any issues are fixed quickly.

There was quite a bit of construction trash in my unit. Wrappers from lumber, small pieces of boards, and quite a bit of sawdust. There small pieces of boards lying around the building. That would be my only complaint. The office people were excellent to deal with.

The move in went well, and overall, I am very happy with my apartment. Since moving however, there are some things that need attention. The east entry door still has no lock. I am the first apartment through that entryway, so not real comforting. The walking ramp outside is in disrepair, and a real liability. The outside landscaping needs some love, one tree completely covers the back steps.
