My first impression with doing all the paperwork by signing online and receiving a code for the lock box for our move-in date, at first I was concerned. I was wrong. This was the smoothest we have ever experienced with a move-in before. All maintenance requests are submitted online and the turn around time is amazing. Pay rent online, makes it super easy to pay. You can even select a date for future payments. Definitely impressed. Everyone I have spoke with has been extremely pleasant and are accommodating to your needs.
