There were lots of nails sticking out of the wall and wood trim on the windows had to pull them out, lower basement extra room had tacks on the upper rafters some fell off and I stepped on a few of them, along with insulation and garbage being left out downstairs like it wasn’t cleaned

The only complaint I have is the consistency of water temp lately. Water used to come out hot and lately every shower has been room temp at best. Not sure what’s going on

The thing that bothered me the most was that you didn't hear anything from them up until the actual date you move in and then you got this massive email containing the lease signing and all this information you needed to know and what needed to be signed and there was no live person to help you along your journey of paperwork and I really think they should have someone explaining this along with you...Also the time that you can move in 3pm in the afternoon is ridiculous because when you are moving everyone wants to do it in the morning and all day long so you can be in your new house by that night those are the only 2 reasons they got a 4 star rating from me.

I made a request to get my bathroom sink toilet and tub fixed and they came the same day .

Super nice group and very impressed with their willingness to receive feedback. It was a bumpy start however smooth sailing over the past month. One small tweak to consider at the property in Fond du Lac located at N8030 Sales Rd. First of all, thank you for the re-paving of the yard however however the angle of the stalls require the drivers to back up blind sided. Not sure if this was considered with the new layout of the slots.
