I am upset about the transition from kornell storage to you. In an email it said we would receive a letter from you with further verification. This has never happened. I’m not sure on what date I owe. What is the best way to make payments. I thought your first email was a total scam. Almost didn’t look into. Waiting for a letter to validate this transition accrued.

Very nice and did good work

The monthly rent was raised $60.00 a month from the time I viewed the apartment and my application for the apartment was accepted. Plus two of the utilities were to be included and I'm paying for all utilities. That was quite the change. Some of the remodeling hasn't been finished yet. Two bedroom windows haven't had the trim installed yet. Would be nice if that was completed before the weather gets cold.

Service technician was friendly and professional. There was a very small scratch on the top of the stove
