Everything has been OK so far with the changeover online. I don't appreciate the charge to use a Debit card or the 50% rent increase. Will probably be moving on when I find a different place.

Blue Frog is still new to our apartment building, so far any requests I have submitted have been addressed promtly and there has been some noticeable improvement around the common areas in our building.

I would have given 5* but we were told we had to troubleshoot the problem before it could be fixed so it took awhile before the problem was solved.

Management was very fast and efficient when checking on and replacing my hot water heater. I am grateful for their quick response
