Everyone at Blue frog I've had contact with was professional and prompt. The maintenance guy, Matthew that replaced my bathroom sink was very professional and clean. Overall, Blue frog is a good company.

Office people were willing to work with me. The maintenance lady was nice enough to call me to see if it was ok for her to stop by and fix some things. When I've emailed, they get back to me usually within the day.

Overall great experience. It was easy to pay my move-in costs and to return the key box. You made it easy to get the keys and had the apartment all ready for moving into. I have no complaints. Now all I need to do is finish unpacking.

It's a neutral experience seeing as I did not move in. I was already living there when blue frog bought the building. Not sure why I got an email to review my move in experience when I did not move in. Blue frog bought the building I was already living in.
