I am going into my third year of leasing from Blue Frog. During this time, any question or concern that I have had was answered in a reasonable amount of time. The tenant application is simple and effective.

David is really good at what he does when it comes to maintenance.

Work was completed properly and in timely manner and workers are friendly.

Assistance is very great

The gentleman we're courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves.

Because the property owner is a new customer a representative stopped by with an introduction letter with their contact information. After that we had a terrible time trying to get someone to reply back from our emails and voicemails. I believe this was a lack of communications within their company. However our matter has been resolved and I have to say the office staff have been great! going the extra mile. Thanks Nick, Debra, and Vickie!
