Communication with BlueFrog at the beginning wasn’t great. No one answered our emails or voicemails during the week. The owner of this rental property had chosen them. So we where new clients. However getting the right person to respond with assistance started our great relationship moving forward. Thanks Nick and Debra!

I've never rented from a Management Co. My experience has been nothing but, great. Any service request have been completed promptly. The staff listens to any and all concerns pertaining to me or my unit which, you never hear of Bluefrog genuinely cares about it's tenants.

Need to mask up when coming over. I don't understand why I would need to go through another background check if I want to consider moving to another BlueFrog rental. I have also inquired about a single family, 2 bed, 1 bath rental that accepts dogs. I haven't heard anything back. Still, I gave 4 Stars. I don't try to cause problems and everyone has been nice with me.

I rented the apartment when it was owned by Jerry Lochman. He took care of some issues but didn’t take care of others. Blue Frog took care of my air conditioner by replacing it which was great. I am a bit worried about a lot of people leaving here due to increased rent. I am on a fixed income and can’t really afford an increase in rent. My lease comes up in a month and I will have to go on a month to month rental to explore my options. I have a few repairs that need to be done and I will put in a request. How they’ve dealt with may influence my decisions.
