Working with Debra was amazing. She was prompt, pleasant and extremely helpful! I had trouble reaching one of the leasing agents, but Debra was there to yelp every step of the way!

The initial response to getting a viewing was frustrating at the start due to the automated online system and lack of personal response. However, we have owned for several years and were not prepared for the new way of finding a rental. Once we connected with Blue Frog.and met face to face with Tiffany, we were overwhelmed by the attention to our immediate needs (as we needed something specific and quick to accommodate a move for a new career in Green Bay.) Tiffany stayed beyond her work day to show us and a group of other families properties together. At our request she stayed until after 730pm to show the property we thought would be the best fit. Debra has been a breath of fresh air, responding quickly with needed documents and just overall treating us with care and respect. THANK YOU for making this move as seamless as possible without even knowing you were taking care of us well as we transition to a new and exciting chapter in our lives.
